We provide integrated legal support for the full spectrum of issues related to the licensing process for the activities of electricity production and storage, as well as the establishment of new forms of energy communities, namely the Renewable Energy Community (K.A.E.) and the Citizens’ Energy Community (E.K.P.), introduced by the most recent Law 5037/2023.
