March 2024 – Assigning sole custody of a minor child to the father
In early March 2024, Decision No. 35/2024 was issued by the Single-Member Aegean Court of Appeal, by which the custody of a 7-year-old minor child was removed from his mother and assigned temporarily to his father.
More specifically, the Court, recognizing the continuous violations of the judicial decisions that defined the right of contact, initially, of the father, and then his right to exercise custody of his minor child (as it had been distributed between the parents absolutely equally), decided to assign the exclusive custody of the minor child, 7 years old, to his father-our principal, in order to prevent the parental alienation attempted by the mother.
